Lars Esholdt (1963, MSc) has more than 20 years experience from executive search. He was Executive Search Research Manager in Christen Dalum (IIC) from 1986 to 1989 and Partner at ISCO GROUP from 1989 to 1998. Lars Esholdt was one of four partners who founded ISCO Group in its current form. In 1998, he founded Human Capital Group AS, which was sold to Korn/Ferry International in 2004. Lars Esholdt subsequently became a Senior Client Partner at Korn/Ferry International, where he in 2006 was awarded the prize for best client satisfaction rating in Europe. Lars Esholdt founded Esholdt Executive Search AS in 2007. He has written five books and several articles on the subject headhunting and executive search.

Anita Bemer (1968) has broad corporate business experience. She has held positions as Senior Advisor Business Development in PGS ASA, Senior Advisor to the CEO and Vice President Human Resources in Storebrand ASA, and Vice President Communication in Storebrand Kapitalforvaltning AS. She has also been Analyst and Internal Consultant in Dyno Industrier AS. In 2001 Anita Bemer founded Human Management, a small Management Consulting firm. Anita Bemer is Siviløkonom from Norges Handelshøyskole (Master in Business and Administration) with an additional Master of Management degree in Organizational Psychology and Leadership from BI. Anita Bemer has board member experience from both public and small companies. In 2011 she published the book: "Power and Influence in Organisations" (Cappelen Damm).

Ingvar Straume (1961) has more than 20 years of business experience. His top management experience is from the position of CEO of Sector Asset Management and of TTYL and from Stolt Sea Farm AS where he was President and Managing Director. Ingvar Straume has also been Director in the Corporate Finance unit at Handelsbanken Markets and Consultant and Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. Early in his career, Ingvar Straume managed business controlling units at A/S Norske Shell. Ingvar Straume has extensive non-executive board experience, as chairman as well as director. Ingvar Straume earned his MSc in business administration from NTH/NTNU in 1988 with remarks to the King (top 1 %).
